We are a gym located at Yuen Long created by a group of gym addicts.
We think what you think and we care what you care as we were once users too. Understanding that you might be terrified by those very 'aggressive' gyms from your past experience, Just Fitness is dedicated to provide a comfy and relaxing environment for everyone.
We can proudly say that we care more about your experience with us than anything.
Our aim is to bring every user of the gym a healthy mind & body and a happy smiling face :)
Apart from gym facilities, we also provide sunbed tanning service, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) classes, HIIT classes & personal training service etc.
